Ben Frank
Executive Director

Ben Frank has been on staff at Center City Business Association for over 30 years. Working his way up from membership sales, he has developed extensive knowledge of the inner workings of businesses in Center City. As Executive Director, Ben executes the vision of the Association and the Board of Directors. His relationships and partnerships include working with business owners, managers and professionals, city agencies, and other city organizations and associations. He also has extensive experience creating, planning, and coordinating business events and working with sponsors, participants, and partners.


Megan Tokarchek
Association Services Coordinator

Megan has been with Center City Business Association for over 15 years. As Association Services Coordinator, she performs a wide range of duties and is responsible for overseeing the daily services, activities, events and programs of the Association.
